We love sharing our practice culture. We like to give praise where praise is due, especially amongst our coworkers because we are a dental family. Read on to learn more about Terri, our Administrative Manager here at Bawa Dentistry in Manassas, VA.
Terri, since when have you been part of the Bawa Dentistry family?
“I started working as Administrative Manager for Bawa Dentistry back in October 2013. Working here has been one of the most rewarding and beneficial experiences of my life so far.”
On behalf of the team, we want you to know that we appreciate your hard work all these years. Tell us, what do you do when not working?
“When not at work, I enjoy acting silly with my daughter, singing along to all the new music she introduces me to. I enjoy her so much and we have a close-knit relationship.
I am getting ready for my daughter, my baby bird, to fly the nest. She will be graduating high school this June and leaving to attend college in August. It’s a bitter-sweet situation that fills me with a mixed array of emotions, mostly happy tears.
I love a good Jazzercise class, dancing for exercise, but equally enjoy curling up with a good book. It just depends on what I feel like.”
You mentioned about your enjoyable experience here at Bawa Dentistry, care to tell us more about why you feel in such a way?
“I have always been told I have a wonderful sense of humor. I love to laugh and make other people laugh; I derive happiness seeing the enjoyment brought on by one’s laughter. You could say that my personality gives me a unique connection with our patients. How? Many patients are nervous or apprehensive coming to see the dentist, and a smile that leads to a laugh may provide the bit of comfort necessary to help them feel at ease. When that happens and they have a great experience, it makes my day!”
We appreciate your hard work as the Administrative Manager here at Bawa Dentistry in Manassas, VA. We look forward to many more smiles, laughs, and Jazzercise lessons!
How about you, do you have anything you want to thank Terri for in the comments?
